Pierce is a career marketer with experience at companies like IBM, SAP, NVIDIA, and Marketo. He founded Revenue Pulse in 2013 with a simple belief: deliver precision and quality, and clients will follow. He loves innovation, and it shows.

Andy Caron

CEO

Andy brings a MOPs/RevOps practitioner’s perspective to modern operations, AI, and data governance, enabling those who design and run these systems to operate at scale. She’s always exploring systems, whether it’s MOPs, LEGO empires with her kids, or unique fictional worlds.

Mihai Bejgu

VP of Consulting and GTM

Mihai is a Marketo Engage architect who’s passionate about AI, APIs, and automation, with a focus on optimizing processes, maximizing MAPs and Sales Ops adoption, and tying up lead-to-revenue routes. Outside of work, you’ll find him skiing, watching F1, or fixing cars.

Lucas Gonçalves

VP of AI and Automation

Lucas leads AI and automation initiatives that improve marketing operations, campaign execution, and GTM processes. With a background in RevOps and Applied & Computational Mathematics, he connects strategy, systems, and execution. He’s also a plant parent who loves tennis and football.

Jessica is a MOPs expert and Knak specialist who manages a team of consultants focused on growth and quality. She bridges strategy and execution, architecting scalable solutions while staying hands-on through delivery. She’s also a competitive puzzler with an arsenal of mom jokes.

Melanie oversees financial strategy, planning, and forecasting, ensuring strong financial and operational alignment. She’s the behind-the-scenes mastermind that keeps RP running. A self-proclaimed introvert, she recharges with books, puzzles, and occasionally delivers a perfectly-timed pun.
