The newest addition to our team is somebody that has walked in the shoes of our clients and has been able to see first-hand the value that Revenue Pulse is capable of delivering.
I’ve had the privilege of working with Brendan Farnand, our new Chief Operating Officer, numerous times over the last 10 years. I first met Brendan when we were on the same marketing team at Cognos/IBM, and we later worked together again at TITUS. When Brendan started at Trend Micro, it wasn’t long before we reconnected, this time as business partners. Brendan spearheaded the global implementation of Marketo at Trend Micro, and hired Revenue Pulse to help get it going.
Over the course of his 6 years at Trend Micro, he traversed through different areas of the business, from global product marketing, to operations, to field marketing and strategic alliances, and progressed from a Senior Manager to Director. I am excited to have Brendan on the team as our Chief Operating Officer, because of his diverse business experience and his ability to identify opportunities for growth and improved customer experience.
