To continue on this customer-centric path, we are adding additional horsepower to become even more obsessed about the success of our clients. That is why we’re really excited to have Crystal Fernandes join the team as Client Success Manager.
Crystal has over 7 years of experience as a Marketing and Client Services Manager. She possesses a great combination of both client and agency-side experience. Most recently, she led a team of developers and digital marketing specialists at an Ottawa-based web design agency. She has experience working with a variety of clients in the B2B sector including software, IT, technology and medical companies.
